Who am I actually buying from?
Directly from the manufacturer. You sign the purchase contract with them. We guide the process but do not sell any goods ourselves.
Who is responsible for quality?
The manufacturer. We help you get to know them first: with samples, live video tests and an exchange with European companies already using their product. On request we arrange an inspection by independent inspectors.
From what order value does it pay off?
Buying with us is possible from a goods value of €29,000. Up to €29,000 you pay a fixed support fee of €2,900, above that 10% of the ex-works value. From €60,000 manufacturer research is included.
What do you source for us?
Machines, equipment, components, tools and much more. We specialise in the buying process, not in one particular product.
Do you also handle customs and shipping?
Yes. We obtain logistics quotes and clear import, so the goods reach you.
Do you earn money from the manufacturer?
No. We are paid by you only. That keeps our recommendation independent.
